Here are a few of my favorite photos from 2008.

a willing subject

Craig let me take his picture. He is a difficult subject because he always closes his eyes. Beck, our cousin, does that, too. Must be genetic.

sand sculptures

My family loves to build sand castles and sand sculptures. People came by every day to see what they were building. The finale (as noted by other beach goers) was this crazy beach sculpture compound. Check it out (sand sculpture photos by Heather):
